Job summary

Taisei Philippine Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Surveyor to provide accurate surveying data for Canlubang-based construction projects, from planning through completion.

You will conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys; establish control points; perform site layout; verify measurements; and prepare records and drawings.   • At least 3 years of experience in construction or project surveying.
  • Proficiency with Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site layout, staking, and setting out of structures based on approved plans and drawings.
  • Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments throughout project execution.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants regarding survey requirements.
  • Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS equipment, levels, and related survey tools.
  • Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve survey discrepancies and site-related issues.
  • Assist in project planning, progress monitoring, and quantity verification as required.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Surveyor to provide accurate surveying data and support construction projects from planning through completion. The Project Surveyor will be responsible for conducting site surveys, establishing control points, verifying project layouts, and ensuring all measurements and survey activities comply with project specifications and engineering standards.
