We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Surveyor to provide accurate surveying data and support construction projects from planning through completion. The Project Surveyor will be responsible for conducting site surveys, establishing control points, verifying project layouts, and ensuring all measurements and survey activities comply with project specifications and engineering standards.
Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for project requirements.
Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
Perform site layout, staking, and setting out of structures based on approved plans and drawings.
Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments throughout project execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports, maps, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants regarding survey requirements.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS equipment, levels, and related survey tools.
Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and resolve survey discrepancies and site-related issues.
Assist in project planning, progress monitoring, and quantity verification as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
At least 3 years of experience in construction or project surveying.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and construction layout procedures.
Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
