Job summary

Taisei Philippine Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Surveyor to provide accurate surveying data for Canlubang-based construction projects, from planning through completion.

You will conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys; establish control points; perform site layout; verify measurements; and prepare records and drawings. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Geodetic or Civil Engineering; licensure preferred; at least 3 years in surveying; and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction or project surveying.
• Proficiency with Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for project requirements.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
• Perform site layout, staking, and setting out of structures based on approved plans and drawings.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments throughout project execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports, maps, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants regarding survey requirements.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS equipment, levels, and related survey tools.
• Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve survey discrepancies and site-related issues.
• Assist in project planning, progress monitoring, and quantity verification as required.

About the role
