LAND SURVEYOR
Position Overview
The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys, establishing property boundaries, preparing survey data, and supporting land development activities. The position will also assist with land consolidation and subdivision
requirements and ensure that all survey works are conducted accurately and in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct actual land and construction survey activities at project sites.
- Perform boundary, topographic, construction, elevation, and other required surveys.
- Conduct surveys related to land consolidation and subdivision projects.
- Establish and verify property boundaries, reference points, benchmarks, and control points.
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.
- Correctly operate Automatic Survey Level and Nikon Survey Total Station.
- Collect, record, and analyze accurate survey measurements and field data.
- Prepare survey notes, reports, computations, and other required documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of technical survey plans and related documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, project personnel, and relevant government offices when necessary.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data and measurements.
- Conduct site verification and monitoring to ensure construction activities conform to approved plans and survey references.
- Maintain proper records of survey activities and equipment.
- Perform other survey-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Geodetic Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of actual land surveying experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience in land consolidation and subdivision requirements.
- Proficient in operating an Automatic Survey Level and Nikon Survey Total Station.
- Able to accurately perform field measurements, computations, and survey documentation.
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, procedures, and equipment.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- PRC-licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred/required, depending on project requirements.
- Local applicants are preferred.
- Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
