Job summary

Excent One Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and SaaS initiatives. You will define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.

You will run sprint planning, manage stakeholder expectations, monitor progress, and ensure quality through testing and UAT. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as Project Manager, preferably in IT or SaaS.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications in project management are a plus.
• Familiarity with management tools and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks / Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, team composition, key budget considerations


• Works with team to develop clear plan of action, identify milestones, resource allocation, cost estimates


• Leads project kick off meetings, expectation building with teams and stakeholders


• Project Execution and Delivery: Leads in sprint meetings, ensuring project progress is on track based on estimates


• Anticipates potential delays and proactively make necessary adjustments without completely compromising overall project targets


• Monitors TFS, ensuring reports are timely and accurate, and team compliance


• Stakeholders Management: Serves as point person for coordination between internal and external stakeholders and teams


• Provides regular project updates and reports


• Manages expectations, ensures priorities are aligned


• Risk, Issue, and Change Management: Recommends possible risk reduction measures to address issues and concerns


• Manages the timely and efficient resolution of risks and issues


• Manages changes and determine probable impact on actual delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are aware and in agreement with measures


• Quality Assurance: Oversees the testing phases of the project including UAT to ensure quality standards are met at all points of development


• Recommends process improvements, and implements best practices to help increase efficiency


• Deployment: Ensures proper turnover of projects to all concerned


• Leads in post-deployment assessment of systems and processes for improvement and innovation


• Finalizes documentation and reports


• Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field


• 3-5 years experience as Project Manager, preferably in IT or SaaS


• Organized, analytical, problem-solver, firm decision-maker


• Team leader and player, with great coordination and communication skills


• Able to handle and command different stakeholders and teams


• Additional Advantages: Experience with SaaS platforms, HRIS, ERP, and other business software


• Preferably with project management certifications
