Nuworks Interactive Labs, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan and supervise projects from inception to completion. You will organize people and processes to deliver on schedule, within budget, and with outputs aligned to objectives.
In this role you will lead planning, execution, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
The Project Manager is in charge of planning and supervising projects within an organization, from initial planning to completion. He/she organizes people and processes in order to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with intended outputs that are consistent with objectives.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
Responsible for drafting the project plan to meet the project's objectives while adhering to an approved budget and timeline.
Includes the project's scope, the resources necessary, the anticipated time and financial requirements, the communication strategy, a plan for execution and documentation, and a proposal for follow-up and maintenance.
Project plan must have an approval to stakeholders, this plan will serve as a critical part of the pitch to key decision-makers.

Supervises the successful execution of each stage of the project.
Frequent, open communication with the project team members and stakeholders.
Completing any project on schedule
Responsible for resolving derailments and communicating effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure the project gets back on track.
Project manager should identify the risks and be able to mitigate it before the risk happens. Contingency planning to continue moving forward even when roadblocks occur.
Project managers must know how to allocate the budget for a project and stick to it as closely as possible.
Must develop effective ways to measure and analyze the project's progress.
Documenting project status reports.
It's also a project manager's job to ensure that all relevant actions are approved in written format and that these documents are archived for future reference.
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop their team members to ensure that they perform at their best.
Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives (BSC)
Set clear performance standards, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to help employees improve and grow.
Communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
Foster a culture of innovation and encourage team members to come up with new ideas and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems and/or other related courses.
At least 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager/coordinator or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry to IT - Software.
Demonstrated expertise in using software applications for project delivery, budgeting, time planning, and time tracking.
A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to project management, ensuring seamless delivery.
Familiarity with product development life cycle management.
A natural curiosity to understand technical solutions and their value to end-users.
Skilled both in Agile and Hybrid (Agile-waterfall) methodologies.
