The role requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a DOE-accredited Energy Manager certification, 8–10 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, contractors, consultants, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Review technical documents, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project deliverables.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and applicable codes.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Evaluate and control project changes, variations, costs, and potential claims.
• Ensure proper documentation, punch-list completion, commissioning, and final project handover.
