Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and control of EPC projects, including solar farm initiatives. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires licensed Civil or Electrical engineering credentials, +10 years in EPC project management, and strong leadership and communication skills.
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of assigned projects. This role leads project teams and manages client and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements.
Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities
Ensure achievement of project SHE, Quality, Time, and Cost targets
Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and resources
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays
Lead and coordinate project teams in collaboration with HR and other departments
Manage client and vendor relationships and address project concerns
Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates
Ensure proper implementation of site safety and environmental programs
Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, statutory, and company requirements
Provide regular and accurate project reports to senior management
Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer
Preferably with formal training or certification in Project Management
With at least ten (10) years of work experience as Project Manager in an EPC construction/general contractor firm (Solar Farm projects)
Experience in electrical, industrial, infrastructure, power plant, transmission line, and/or substation projects is highly preferred
Strong experience managing EPC projects
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control abilities
Willing to be assigned to project sites
