Pleased Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own delivery quality and velocity.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product, Directors, engineers, and clients to define requirements, prioritise initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead cross-functional planning, drive process improvements, manage multiple teams, and provide accurate status updates while maintaining a high standard of code quality and customer

Qualifications

6+ Years of Project Management experience in SaaS or Technology Companies.
Demonstrated experience managing teams in an agile framework.
Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in working with UI/UX teams.
Professional level fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact.
Partner with Product to translate their 'Why?' into a 'What? Who? How? and 'When' in a cohesive plan.
Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination.
Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary.
Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap.
Project-level resource assignment and scheduling.
Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements.
Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders.
Run all team ceremonies and meetings.
Drive resolution of production issues.
Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership to ensure high quality and velocity of delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Directors, Project Managers, Engineering teams & Clients to define product requirements, prioritise initiatives, and ensure successful delivery within time guarded deadlines.

This role combines product knowledge, people management, prioritising, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own key product deliverables including but not limited to areas covering: user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
