SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead planning, delivery, and client satisfaction across multiple software projects.

You will define project plans, coordinate with account management, servicing and finance teams, run daily scrums, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes. Hybrid or on-site options; strong communication and Jira/Confluence skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsabilités

• Aid in managing Servicing Team’s workload capacity, competency, and satisfaction in accomplishing agency projects.
• Aid the Account Management Team to satisfy client relationship and expectations for all agency deliverables.
• Report accurate project status internally to management, and to relevant customer stakeholders.

Job Description

PLANNING

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2 to 5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional program & projects
• Proven ability to manage timelines, and dependencies
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile environments
• Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City
