Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related)
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in engineering design, construction, or engineering project management
• Licensed Engineer
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, or SolidWorks) and building information modeling (BIM) tools
• Proficiency with scheduling and project tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or Procore)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, code compliance, and quality management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership abilities with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Review engineering designs, schematics, and technical specifications for feasibility, constructability, and compliance with local codes and industry standards
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, monitor resource allocation, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for contractors, clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Perform site inspections, monitor work quality, ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures, and enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations
• Identify potential engineering or logistical risks early and implement proactive corrective action plans
• Prepare regular project status reports, change orders, request for information (RFIs) responses, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle

You will collaborate closely with project managers, design engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery that adheres to safety regulations and technical specs.
