Job Summary: Project In-Charge/Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing engineering project from inception to completion. Working closely with project managers, clients, coordinators and technical teams, the Project Engineer ensures that all project goals are met on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This role involves technical oversight, schedule management, cost control, and regular communication across all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid engineering background, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Plan and schedule project timeline, deliverables and execution phases.
Allocate manpower by identifying roles and assigning tasks to appropriate personnel.
Monitor progress and provide updates to ensure alignment with timelines and project goals.
Coordinate with all concern departments to align all resources and resolve issues.
Ensure technical solutions, comply with standards and project requirements.
Ensure project outputs meets quality standards and client expectations.
Participate in inspections, testing and commissioning.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with team members and other supervisors.
Relay information from Top Management to the team.
Foster open communication channels within the team.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to working schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with field tools and instruments for measurement, calibration and testing.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, electrical circuits, machinery, or software.
