Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent professional licence recognised by national authority.
• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Training in contract management (preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferably 10 years managing buildings infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Proven success delivering major programmes across full project lifecycles.
• Expertise in governance, risk management and commercial control.
• Strong leadership capability building and leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of construction, infrastructure and property sectors.
• Established client and stakeholder networks with excellent relationship management.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification and experience.

You’ll Need To Have
