Job summary

Mace is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader based in Manila to drive project finance performance across our business unit. You will partner with project managers, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure robust financial planning and reporting to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent qualification, 15+ years of experience (10+ in infrastructure), and strong leadership with stakeholder management. Flexible/hybrid working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably 10 years in infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and project financial advisory experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; master’s degree preferred.

Purpose

Drives the delivery of effective financial management, control and advisory support for their Business Unit and all projects/contracts managed by that business unit.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Partners with Project Managers to drive project performance, providing objective financial advice, challenge and insight to support effective decision-making.
• Leads robust budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, ensuring accurate reporting and effective cost control.
• Identifies financial risks and opportunities, developing solutions that improve project efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintains strong financial controls, accounting disciplines and risk management processes.
• Builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic financial decisions.
• Leads, develops and coaches finance teams, championing collaboration, continuous improvement and best practice.

You’ll Need To Have

• Project-based role requiring a licensed CPA or equivalent recognized accounting qualification.
• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, preferably 10 years within infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and project financial advisory experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; relevant professional training and a master’s degree preferred.
