Job summary

Mace Group is looking for an experienced MEP delivery lead in the Philippines to guide delivery across complex projects. You will ensure adherence to Mace standards, safety, and quality while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

The role emphasizes proactive programme management, use of digital tools, and a collaborative leadership style, with flexibility for hybrid working options within the role.

Qualifications

• Proven MEP delivery expertise with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience leading complex projects with safety focus and quality control.
• SMSTS/CSCS certification or equivalent preferred.

• Lead MEP construction delivery, ensuring compliance with Mace standards, programme objectives, and project requirements.
• Manage health, safety, wellbeing, quality, commissioning, and site performance throughout delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive programme performance through proactive coordination, digital tools, productivity monitoring, and risk management.
• Implement quality, commissioning, logistics, and delivery strategies to achieve key milestones and successful project outcomes.

• Relevant engineering or construction qualification, professional accreditation, and SMSTS/CSCS certification.
