Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead maintenance across facilities in a hybrid work setup based in Quezon City. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and manage multiple projects from design reviews to cost estimates.

The role requires a 5-year track record in facilities management, strong HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and proficiency with AutoCAD and maintenance management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and licensed engineer.
• At least 5 years of facilities management, building maintenance, construction, or related engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and preventive maintenance; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Advanced computer proficiency with project monitoring, reporting, cost estimation, and maintenance management tools.
• Proven experience supervising teams, coordinating contractors and vendors, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
