Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an seasoned Innovation & NPD leader in the Philippines to map signals to white spaces, develop a unified set of decision tools, and govern opportunity framing from discovery to portfolio governance.

You will translate market signals into actionable briefs, collaborate across Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams, and drive learning velocity through post-launch reviews and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–10+ years in innovation, NPD, brand/category management, insights, strategy or portfolio roles (FMCG/consumer goods preferred).
• Proven experience managing upstream innovation pipelines, discovery, and portfolio governance.
• Strong ability to translate research, trends, and market signals into actionable opportunities and briefs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in Google Slides/Sheets; experience creating dashboards, templates, or playbooks.
• Familiarity with research/trend sources and AI tools; strong project organization.

• Ensure every category’s future pipeline stays full by mapping signals to white spaces, creating Structured Opportunity Briefs, and maintaining portfolio health and decision readiness.
• Co-develop and maintain a single set of NPD decision tools—frameworks, templates, and gate checklists—embedded in governance to standardize how opportunities are framed, tested, and advanced, improving clarity, rigor, and speed.
• Institutionalize learning velocity through learning interventions, post-launch debriefs, and playbook releases that continuously sharpen NPD thinking rigor and decision discipline—raising decision quality and speed.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10+ years of experience in innovation, NPD, brand/category management, insights, strategy, or portfolio roles, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods.
