Job summary

Builders Central District is seeking an on-site coordinator to supervise projects, coordinate with suppliers and clients, and support showroom activities on a nationwide basis. You will frequently engage with showroom staff and act as the practical link between contractors and partners.

Join our start-up company in Laguna, and help ensure that project statuses are up-to-date, deliveries are on schedule, and showroom experiences are welcoming and informative for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of architecture, interior designing, or a related field.
• Two to three years of showroom or coordination experience on residential or fit-out projects.
• Able to read plans and specifications confidently.
• Organized with documentation and able to maintain records.
• Presentable and comfortable talking to clients.

Responsibilities

• Brand representation and showroom hosting for partner brands.
• Procurement and delivery coordination with Admin/Finance and suppliers.
• Site coordination across active projects and ensuring installation meets requirements.
• Document site visits and prepare reports for leadership.
• Manage variations and seek written orders; escalate project risks.

Work schedule: Tuedsay to Saturday, or Wednesday to Sunday; 9:00am to 6:00pm

Onsite: Builders Central District, 148 Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, Laguna

You will mainly work on site supervisions, while coordinating with the suppliers and clients with regard to the project's status. You will also work with the Showroom staff in ensuring that the Showroom welcomes its guests and everyone is kept on the loop.

A. Brand Representation and Selling

• Know every partner brand on the floor to a technical level

• Assist in hosting Showroom visitors and clients

• Support the Showroom Lead in consultations

• Provide feedback to suppliers on client preferences, and product performances

• Brief the rest of the team after each site visit about how a product performed in practice.

B. Procurement and Delivery

• Convert approved specifications into purchase orders with the Admin and Finance Manager

• Build and maintain the delivery schedules for each project

• Coordinate schedules with supplier partners

• Oversee the process of deliveries

C. Site Coordination

• Attend sites at agreed intervals across each active project

• Check installation against the manufacturer's requirements

• Act as the practical link between the contractor on site and the supplier partner

• Support our construction partner with coordination

D. Quality, Documentation, and Handover

• Properly document the site visits

• Prepare site reports for the Showroom Lead

• Track punch list items to closure within the contractual window.

E. Variations and Problems

• Ensure no work proceeds on a variation until the written order is signed.

• Work with the supplier and our partner designer to identify alternatives and variation orders

• Escalate anything that threatens the projects and agreements with clients.

• Two to three years of experience in showrooms, or on residential or fit-out projects, in a coordination, site supervision, or materials role.
