8. Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Design and Construction:

• Develop and review store building plans and specifications.
• Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address issues.
• Prepare construction contracts and manage contractors.

Compliance and Quality:

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers and contractors.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

Reports and Communication:

• Serve as the central point of communication between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, problems, and solutions.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical engineering-related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience with expertise in store construction, mall requirements, contractor coordination, and handling.
