Ipolymer Solutions Corporation is seeking a Site Coordinator for an on-site role in Quezon City. The position requires 2–5 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or project coordination, and a relevant degree.

You will coordinate daily site activities, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and assist in reporting and compliance tasks. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and the ability to read architectural drawings, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site work, deliveries, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor construction and fit-out progress, ensuring schedules are followed.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and project documentation.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers on materials, schedules, and site needs.
• Communicate drawings, revisions, and instructions to site teams.
• Assist in monitoring quality, safety, and compliance on site.
• Support the Project Manager with updates, reports, and administrative tasks.
