Qualifications

• College graduate in business or IT-related field.
• 1–2 years logistics, supply chain, or import/export experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer orientation and service mindset.
• Proficient in SAP or Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full logistics process from demand planning to delivery.
• Manage carrier and vendor selection, SLAs, and performance via KPIs.
• Ensure shipping/Incoterms compliance and customs strategy.
• Analyze freight costs and optimize modes for cost reduction.
• Develop dashboards for delivery metrics and report to management.
• Coordinate with planning, purchasing, engineering, and finance; manage exceptions.
