Job summary

DOZA Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project-in-Charge to manage daily interior renovation and fit-out projects.

You will oversee site execution, manpower and subcontractor management, progress monitoring, material planning, quality control, and coordination with clients, consultants and other trades. Ideal candidates hold a licensed Civil Engineer or registered Architect credential with 5+ years of construction experience, particularly in commercial interior fit-outs, malls, hotels or offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Registered Architect required.
• 5+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial interior fit-out, retail, mall, hotel or office renovation preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Civil and Architectural construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Capable of planning manpower, materials, sequences, and site productivity.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly activities, work sequencing, manpower deployment, and target accomplishments.
• Supervise workers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.
• Monitor progress against schedule and address delays, plan material requirements, and coordinate deliveries.
• Oversee Civil and Architectural works including drywall, tiling, painting, doors and finishes.
• Coordinate interfaces with MEPF contractors to prevent conflicts and delays.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, mall/project management and other contractors.
• Prepare progress and manpower reports, site documentation and progress photos.
• Identify and report site constraints, drawing conflicts, and change orders affecting cost/schedule.

About the role

DOZA Group Inc. is looking for a hands-on and dependable Project-in-Charge (PIC) to manage the day-to-day implementation of interior renovation and fit-out projects. The PIC will be responsible for site execution, manpower and subcontractor management, progress monitoring, material planning, quality control, and coordination with clients, consultants, and other trades.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly activities, work sequencing, manpower deployment, and target accomplishments
• Supervise workers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
• Monitor actual progress against schedule and take immediate action on delaysPlan material requirements and coordinate requests and deliveries to prevent work stoppages
• Oversee Civil and Architectural works including drywall and ceiling, masonry, tiling, waterproofing, painting, doors, millworks, and other finishes
• Coordinate interfaces with MEPF contractors and other trades to prevent conflicts, delays, and rework
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, mall/project management, and other contractors
• Prepare progress reports, manpower reports, site documentation, and progress photos
• Identify and report site constraints, drawing conflicts, and additional works affecting cost or schedule

About you
