Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati seeks a Site Supervisor/Project Coordinator to oversee fit-out and construction works from pre-construction planning to handover. You will lead site activities, review plans, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD, scheduling tools, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2-3 years of fit-out or construction experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of interior works, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and MS Office.
• Skilled in project planning, cost control, and quality management.
• Experienced in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Good understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and permits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Conducts Site Joint inspection with Design Team (Idr, Ar, Engr)
• Implementation on site based on FCD (Ar & Engr)
• Site Supervision of Architecture, Engineering works & Other related works
• Attend and verify Testing and collection of Test results
