Crimson Group, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Project In-Charge to support the Project Manager in supervising construction and ensuring work aligns with contract, plans, and specifications. The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet project milestones.

The incumbent will monitor adherence to plans, implement safety standards, and prepare billing endorsements, change orders, and material schedules, while reporting to management and clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge in estimation and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to relocate.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Detail oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Submit reports as required and as needed by management.
• Regularly report to client.

About the role

The Project in-Charge is responsible for providing assistance to the Project Manager in supervising the construction of the projects and ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the contract and approved plans and specifications of the project.

Key responsibilities

• Assists the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the supervision of the assigned project

• Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications

• Directly responsible in the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements

• Implements safety standards for construction in accordance to industry practices

• Prepares billing certifications or endorsements

Qualifications
