Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Project Implementation Specialist to drive strategic and operational initiatives, including process improvement and digital transformation. You will coordinate across multiple teams, track timelines, deliverables and milestones, and prepare status reports and implementation materials.

You will support change management through training and stakeholder engagement, capture user feedback, address issues, and push actions to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project implementation, change management, PMO, business operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
