Job summary

ZUS Coffee Philippines is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive strategic transformation and improve how projects are managed across the organization. You will engage stakeholders, document project status, and ensure standardized processes are followed for effective execution.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in business management, transformation, or project-based work, plus strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to support senior management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field as listed in the qualifications.
• Certifications in Project Management, Agile, Design Thinking, or Risk Management are a plus.

Job description

To assist in driving strategic & transformational improvement & innovation within the organization, define & maintains project management standards across the organization, employing project best practices, documenting project status & strategy in one place.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs

To support strategic & transformational change across the organization and to transform management and operational way of working. To support in engaging stakeholders and have continuous visibility of projects. To support in defining and employing standardized process for effective execution of projects.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above

• Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessons
• Research, prioritize & follow up on incoming issues & concerns addressed, including sensitive or confidential nature
• Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between projects and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff

JOB AUTHORITIES:

• To make calculated decisions related to project management with the advisory of Project Manager

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and other related studies from a recognized university
• Any certifications in Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience
• Prior internships in Consulting firm, Private Equity or Investment firm, Banking, Start up
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
