Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Project Implementation Specialist to drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and engaging stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with strong skills in project coordination and Microsoft 365 tools. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll do?

• Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in change management, digital transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus but not required.
