Job summary

Remax International, Inc is seeking a Licensed Professional to manage the Acquisition (Initiation and Planning) phase of projects, delivering technical submittals to support cost proposals and bid submissions. You will attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site surveys, creating detailed scope documents and schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on design experience for Electrical Systems (Low to Medium Voltage) and Mechanical Systems (HVAC and PACU installation).
• Able to read and interpret Electrical/Mechanical Plans, and other project docs, specs, terms of reference and bid documents.
• Knowledgeable in conducting site surveys for design and costing references.
• Capable of creating Method of Procedures, project schedules, Gantt charts and other required documentation/submittals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface with clients at multiple levels.

• Secure approvals for all submitted project documents prior to endorsement to Implementation Engineers.
• Present and interface with multiple levels of clients professionally.

About the role

Licensed Professional will be assigned to handle the Acquisition (Initiation and Planning) Phase of Projects which shall include providing appropriate solutions to Customer needs and requirements thru attending Pre-Bid Meetings, Project Technical Summits and conducting Site Surveys. Will be responsible in the creation and production of all Technical Project Submittals to support Cost Proposals and Bid Submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Pre-Bid Meetings, Project Technical Summits and conduct Site Surveys
• Create and produce all Technical Project Submittals to support Cost Proposals and Bid Submissions
• Create detailed Scope of Works, Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities for Electrical and/or Mechanical Works
• Conduct Pre-bid Meetings, Bid Evaluations and Vendor Selection
• Create Method of Procedures, Project Schedules, Gantt Charts and other required documentation/submittals for Project Bids

About you

• At least 2 years of experience in hands on Design for Electrical Systems – Low to Medium Voltage System; Mechanical Systems – HVAC and PACU Installation
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting Electrical Plans and Mechanical Plans and other Plans relevant to the Project, Technical Specifications, Terms of Reference and Bid Documents
• Knowledgeable in conducting Site Surveys for Design and Costing References
• Knowledgeable and Capable of creating Method of Procedures, Project Schedules, Gantt Charts and other required documentation/submittals
• Registered Electrical Engineer or Registered Mechanical Engineer with a VALID PRC License
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Capable of Multi-level Client Interfacing
• Knowledge in CAD and/or MS Project is an advantage
• Knowledge in ELV or Auxiliary Systems is an advantage
• Good Grasp in Design Fundamentals, Current Industry Standards and Codes is an advantage
