Education

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer registered with the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines.

Experience

• Minimum five years of experience in electrical design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience in site supervision, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and service providers.
• Semiconductor or electronic plant experience is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned and relocate to project site in Central Luzon or Northern Luzon.

Technical Competence

• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, and motor control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Troubleshooting and fault analysis, including implementation of corrective actions.
• Familiarity with Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) and clean agent fire systems.
• Ability to implement effective corrective actions.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards (e.g., Philippine Electrical Code and relevant local regulations).

Safety and Compliance

• With Safety Officer or HIRAC certification.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and risk control measures.
• Familiarity with lockout and tagout procedures.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory requirements.

Management and Coordination Skills

• Experience in supervising on site electrical works.
• Ability to coordinate testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ability to work closely with contractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
