Responsibilities

Supervise land development and house structural works
Ensure completeness of project requirements (plans, BOM, NTP, contractors)
Monitor project progress, contractor performance and work quality
Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities
Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries and inventory
Review contractor billings and reporting
Coordinate inspections, testing, project turnover and utility connections
Prepare progress reports and project documentation
Assist in Pag-IBIG inspections and pre-move-in activities
Perform other duties assigned by Management

About the role

Highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee land development and house structural construction works for residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project monitoring, contractor coordination, quality assurance, progress reporting, and ensuring the timely completion of construction activities in accordance with company standards.
