Job summary

8990 Housing Development Corporation seeks a Project Engineer to oversee end-to-end management and technical oversight of residential mass housing construction projects, from land development through turnover. You will ensure activities align with approved plans, drawings, project specs, budgets, and safety regulations.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, a year of housing-construction experience, and familiarity with safety practices, surveying, and land development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• With at least 1 year of experience in residential housing construction, preferably with exposure to structural works, land development or turnover.
• Knowledgeable in engineering standards, construction project execution, and safety practices.
• Basic knowledge in surveying and estimate.
• Knowledgeable in Precast / Finishing / Land Development
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience in Horizontal projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site assignments.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing outside Bulacan.

The role ensures that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans and drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, budget parameters, and applicable safety regulations.
