Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer or in a similar construction role
• Strong knowledge of construction management, QA/QC, project scheduling, and site supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor land development and civil works including earthworks, grading, roadworks, drainage, and utilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams for efficient execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction methods for proper implementation.
• Monitor progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization to meet project schedules.
• Verify work accomplishments, quantities, and contractor billings for project monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify site issues, risks, and delays, and coordinate solutions with the project team.
• Prepare site reports, attend coordination meetings, and support project completion and turnover activities
