Job summary

OVIALAND INC. is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead land development and horizontal construction initiatives in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

You will review plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality and safety across projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, has 3–5 years of relevant experience, and is licensed (preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Quantity Surveying is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in land development, site development, horizontal construction, amenities, or utilities projects.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in project planning, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and quality control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Quantity Surveying.
• Good construction methodology and technical report writing skills.
• Willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, scope, specifications, schedules, and construction requirements before implementation.

• Supervise land development and amenity construction, including roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and community facilities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, manpower, productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Verify project accomplishments, quantities, progress billings, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve technical issues, manage risks, and address project concerns.
• Monitor project progress and milestones and prepare regular reports and updates for management.
• Maintain complete project documentation and support project turnover and closeout.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
