Job summary

JGPro Construction Services is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor assigned construction projects daily, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards, while reporting progress to the Project Manager. The successful candidate must be PRC-licensed, hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preference for those residing in or near Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer is mandatory.
• Site supervision experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to handle multiple site concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and monitoring of assigned construction projects.
• Submit daily reports and project updates to the Project Manager.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in monitoring project costs.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on site as scheduled.
• Prepare and submit material requisition requests.
• Coordinate technical concerns, submissions, inspections, and approvals.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Organize and monitor construction materials and site resources.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean project site.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit daily reports and project updates to the Project Manager, including site activities, accomplishments, and progress status.

• Prepare cost estimates and assist in monitoring project costs.

• Ensure that required materials, tools, and equipment are available on site as scheduled.

• Prepare and submit material requisition requests based on project requirements.

• Coordinate technical concerns, submissions, inspections, and approvals related to the project.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Organize and monitor construction materials and site resources.

• Ensure that the project site is maintained in a safe, orderly, and clean condition.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

• Must be a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer.

• Construction/site supervision experience is an advantage.

• Must possess good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple site concerns.

• Preferably residing in or near Muntinlupa City, Parañaque, Quezon City, or Manila.
