International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. in Manila is seeking an enthusiastic Engineering Assistant to support the senior supervisor, coordinate with trade contractors on elevator installation phases, and assist in maintaining project schedules and billing.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and on-site collaboration with the project foreman. A BS in Mechanical Engineering (PRC license preferred) and construction management exposure are desired for this position.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, PRC license preferred.
• Construction management or jobsite experience preferred.
• Ability to relate to people and exhibit leadership potential.

• Assists senior supervisor in attending coordination meetings and coordinating with other trade contractors on elevator installation phases.

• Takes charge of handling small projects and projects under subcontractors.
• Assists the department head in its overall collection effort and implementation of safety programs.

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
• Preferably with construction management or jobsite experience
