POSITION TITLE: Elevator Project Manager

WORK LOCATION: Greenhills, San Juan

WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday)

SALARY: PHP 40,000 – 60,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architects, general contractors, and direct clients (homeowners) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, including manpower scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Provide leadership in managing teams, including installers and contractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of commitment to project goals, ensuring that client needs are met or exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS:
