Major Deliverables
Lead the entire project scope (planning-execution)
Ensure standards and compliance for timeline, quality and safety
Manage project budget, cost and contract compliance
Resolve project issues
Prepare reports for VP
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
Direct and coordinate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor milestones, conduct site inspections, and maintain project documentation.
Prepare, monitor, and report on project budget and variances.
Review and approve purchase orders, billings, and change orders within authorized limits.
Enforce QMS implementation on-site.
Ensure compliance with DOLE, DPWH, and applicable safety standards.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Vice President.
Maintain as-built records, site diaries, and project logs.
Prepare close-out documents and ensure proper filing of all project records.
Authorities
Approve project-related expenditures up to the limit authorized in the approved project budget.
Issue work instructions and assign tasks to all project team members, contractors, and subcontractors.
Stop work on any activity that poses an immediate risk to safety, quality, or schedule.
Sign and transmit correspondence to clients, consultants, and government agencies on behalf of the company relative to the project they are assigned to.
Escalate project issues and risks to the Vice President when beyond their authority to resolve.
Minimum Specifications
