Job summary

Bigby’s Cafe - Missy Bonbon - Boy Zugba is seeking a Project Coordinator to support restaurant expansion and store development. You will assist the Business Development Head, coordinate with suppliers, prepare procurement documents, and monitor construction and fit-out timelines to ensure compliance with company standards.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture background, 1–2 years in project coordination, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, construction, procurement, administration, or related functions.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, food service, construction, or property development industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Willing to travel within Mindanao and Visayas as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers regarding project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable services.
• Monitor store construction, renovation, and fit-out projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and project monitoring activities as required.
• Facilitate permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements necessary for store development and operations.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, and supplier records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to support new store openings and ongoing projects.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth implementation from planning to turnover.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations for Management.
• Perform administrative and project-related tasks that support the Company's expansion goals.
