The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural background with 2–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You will coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional civil/structural project execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
• Proficiency in site management and coordination practices.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or structural analysis tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

About the role

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering team in Davao. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in the successful delivery of our engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation, from initial planning through to completion
2. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure adherence to project plans and contractual obligations
3. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify that work meets design specifications and industry standards
4. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings
5. Liaise between design teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
6. Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction or project execution
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
8. Assist in cost estimation, resource allocation, and project scheduling
9. Support senior engineers and project managers in the planning and delivery of project objectives

What we're looking for
