Job summary

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Engineer with Construction experience to join our engineering team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role focuses on managing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to high quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors and clients, oversee schedules and resources, conduct site inspections, and prepare project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years of construction project management or project engineering experience.
Experience overseeing commercial, infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
Proficiency with scheduling tools and CAD software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Driver's license and willingness to conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to handover.
Monitor timelines, budgets and resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and QA to verify design compliance.
Liaise with architects, contractors, subcontractors and clients.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports and drawings.
Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimise delays and costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes and environmental standards.
Manage project risks with assessments and mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance to site teams and schedule development.
