Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a project coordinator to monitor progress and ensure alignment with drawings and billing quantities.

You will work with contractors, suppliers, merchandising, and landlords to prepare drawings, arrange technical meetings, and manage store rebranding or maintenance work orders. Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress to align with Billing of Quantity and drawings.
• Coordinate with contractor and suppliers for project preparation regarding the drawing layout, material and document (billing of quantity, order form) needed.
• Monitor project timeline to ensure handover and opening on schedule and complete final checklist and project opname.
• Check drawings from designer or principal through merchandising team based on landlord requirements.
• Coordinate with landlord to provide final drawing and hold technical meeting before project start.
• Manage work orders from existing stores for rebranding or maintenance.
• Coordinate with A&P, VM, Ops for image store installation and with IT for setting installation for store.
