Job summary

Scent and Beaute Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Planning Executive to lead the design, planning, and execution of new store fit-outs, renovations, and repairs.

You will ensure alignment with brand standards, mall requirements, quality standards, and timelines through close coordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, mall administration, and brand reps. The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Enscape, and knowledge of MEPFS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect is an advantage
• Experience in retail fit-out or commercial projects is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or other rendering software
• Basic knowledge of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) systems
• Knowledgeable in architectural materials, finishes, and material specifications
• Strong project coordination, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and measurements

• Prepare working drawings, design presentations, and renderings
• Coordinate with mall administration, engineering, brand representatives, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Prepare project schedules and Gantt charts

• Coordinate with internal teams to support store openings

About the role

The role ensures that projects comply with brand standards, mall requirements, quality standards, and project timelines through close coordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, mall administration, and brand representatives.
