Oversee execution of Fabrication and Construction during operations.
Forecast requirements and budgets within the timelines of all projects.
Enforce safety guidelines and company standards in the workplace.
Quality check project output according to plans and specifications.
Set project schedules and outline duties through coordinators weekly.
Facilitate and attend client project briefings and meetings.
Lead General Assembly quarterly as necessary.
Handle after-sales to maintain client relationships and encourage future sales.
Conduct pre and post project briefings.

Facilitate and attend client’s project/construction briefings and meetings (before and after sales).
Lead General Assembly quarterly or as necessary.
Handle after-sales in maintaining client relationships and encourage future sales in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure the achievement of the Sales Target.
Conducts Pre and Post Project Briefing before and after project execution.
Review estimates and budget plans submitted by the Cost Estimator for each project.
