Job summary

Newtrends International Corporation in Makati seeks a Senior Retail Design Lead to manage the design and execution of retail store projects, ensuring brand standards and mall guidelines are met. JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare store layouts, perspectives and 3D renderings and construction drawings

• Help lead the planning, design, and execution of retail store projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards,

• Manage and supervise assigned project construction

• Assist in site inspections and progress documentation

• Lead project coordination with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Leasing)

• Assist in process improvement and design standardization

• Ensure design compliance with brand and mall guidelines

• Provide cost estimate, value engineering, project, support in construction bond and other claims

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent

• Willing to do field works

• Flexible and can work with minimum supervision and can accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframe

• Advanced knoweldge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software

• Knowledge of materials, detailing, and shop drawings

• Minimum 5–8 years in retail design, construction, or project management, at least 2–3 years in supervisory/lead role
