Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Experience consolidating, analyzing, and maintaining large datasets from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tracking tools; willing to travel to Makati.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and maintain project data from various teams.
• Develop and manage project tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to ensure accurate and timely project monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and timelines from acquisition through readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather documents, updates, and project information.
• Generate regular project status reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries for management review.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns and proposing solutions.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation to support compliance.
• Assist in improving data management processes, reporting tools, and workflow efficiencies.
• Support project execution activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
