Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱130,000 / month
We are seeking a Project Manager (Data Operations) to lead data-driven projects with precision, accountability, and strong stakeholder communication. You will bridge U.S.-based counterparts and Philippine data teams to ensure smooth workflows, accurate outputs, and on-time delivery.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives under pressure, anticipates risks early, and drives solutions that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. You will manage delivery across multiple workstreams, maintain project standards and documentation, and support people leadership through coaching, performance management, and hiring.
Lead end-to-end execution of data projects from intake to final delivery.
Translate project requirements into clear scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Data team managers for seamless handoffs and execution alignment.
Monitor timelines, workload distribution, and dependencies; upscale risks proactively.
Ensure outputs meet quality, compliance, and documentation standards before submission.
Serve as primary liaison to U.S. project managers for updates, clarifications, and escalations.
Provide structured status reporting on milestones, blockers, risks, and next steps.
Anticipate resource/staffing gaps (including holiday coverage) and propose coverage plans.
Maintain project documentation (plans, trackers, meeting notes, decision logs).
Establish and continuously improve project lifecycle practices, templates, and standards.
Track and report key success metrics (delivery timeliness, quality, rework, throughput).
Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment; mentor team members.
Support performance management (attendance, productivity, goal alignment).
Conduct performance reviews and initiate improvement plans when needed.
Assist hiring by interviewing and evaluating candidates for skill and reliability.
Enforce company policies and corrective actions as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of project management or team leadership experience (data/operations preferred).
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies).
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
Excellent organization, time management, and written/verbal English communication.
Confident decision-maker with strong ownership and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple projects and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Experience managing night shift teams is an advantage.
PMP / CAPM / Scrum certifications are a plus (not required).
