Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out/construction.
• Strong reading of blueprints/CAD, MS Office, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and track project schedules from client sign-off through manufacturing and site installation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, project managers, and shop-floor supervisors to relay project specs and revisions.
• Monitor project budgets, procurement schedules, and inventory usage for modular display and fit-out materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate installation progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site bottlenecks.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, change orders, and handover completion certificates.
