Tandem & Steffen Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the central link between client requirements, design teams, and workshop production for modular cabinets, interior fit-outs, and signage projects.

You will oversee timelines, allocate resources, and track materials to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with 2+ years in interior fit-out or cabinetry coordination, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Technology, or Project Management.
Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out/construction.
Strong reading of blueprints/CAD, MS Office, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Organize and track project schedules from client sign-off through manufacturing and site installation.
Liaise with clients, architects, project managers, and shop-floor supervisors to relay project specs and revisions.
Monitor project budgets, procurement schedules, and inventory usage for modular display and fit-out materials.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate installation progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site bottlenecks.
Prepare progress reports, project documentation, change orders, and handover completion certificates.
