Hocheng Philippines Corporation (HCG) seeks an Architect with 2–3 years of experience in modular construction and interior fit-out to lead end-to-end project execution from fabrication to turnover across multiple project sites.
You will interpret architectural drawings, coordinate with fabrication and installation teams, supervise on-site progress, and ensure quality, safety, and documentation. Night shift work is required; residency in Dasmariñas or nearby areas is preferred.
College Graduate of BS Architecture
Preferably a Licensed/Registered Architect
With 2–3 years of relevant work experience in modular construction, interior fit-out, project execution, or related fields
Knowledgeable in cabinet manufacturing processes, techniques, and modular systems
With hands-on experience in modular construction, interior fit-out, or related projects
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, design plans, and fabrication details
Knowledgeable in woodworks, cabinetry, interior fit-out, lighting, furnishings, and modular construction
Strong skills in project coordination, site supervision, manpower management, and problem-solving
Willing to conduct site visits and work at various project locations
Must be willing to work on a Night Shift schedule
Preferably resides in Dasmariñas, Cavite or nearby areas
Oversee the end-to-end execution of modular projects, including fabrication, mobilization, installation, and final project turnover.
Coordinate with fabrication, installation, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution from pre-fabrication through installation.
Monitor project schedules, work progress, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion within established deadlines.
Conduct site visits and inspections and supervise installation activities across various project locations.
Interpret and review architectural drawings, technical plans, fabrication drawings, and design specifications and ensure proper implementation during fabrication and installation.
Ensure modular cabinets and other project components meet required quality, aesthetic, structural, dimensional, and functional standards.
Apply technical knowledge in cabinet manufacturing, woodworks, interior fit-out, modular systems, lighting, furnishings and related construction works.
Coordinate site preparation, mobilization, logistics, material delivery, staging and installation requirements.
Lead on-site operations, including manpower supervision, task delegation, workflow management and installation coordination.
Monitor workmanship and identify construction or installation issues; provide appropriate technical solutions and corrective actions.
Perform or supervise basic technical works such as carpentry, electrical, painting and masonry when required.
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, progress reports, site records and turnover documents.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, fabrication teams and other project stakeholders to resolve concerns and maintain project requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, project specifications and company policies throughout project execution.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
