Oversees a production team to ensure that production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and monitor daily operations
• Provide training and coaching; manage production schedules and quality control
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Apply solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing environments

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as Production Team Leader in a Modular Cabinetries/Fit out works
• Can do basic troubleshooting of wood working machines
• Can do cutting list and review shop drawings
• Expertise in Interior Fit out/Architectural works in advanced
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation of supplies and materials
• Track attendance, provide performance feedback, and develop opportunities for personal growth and technical skill development for team members
