Job summary

Tandem & Steffen Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the central link between client requirements, design teams, and workshop production for modular display cabinets, interior fit-outs, and signage projects.

You will oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and material tracking to ensure fabrication and installation meet quality standards and deadlines. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 2+ years in interior fit-out coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil/architectural/industrial/project management fields.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out, cabinetry fabrication, or signage manufacturing.
• Proficiency reading architectural blueprints/CAD shop drawings and using project tracking tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize and track project schedules from client sign-off through manufacturing and site installation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, project managers, and shop-floor supervisors to relay project specs and revisions.
• Monitor budgets, procurement schedules, and inventory usage for modular display and fit-out materials.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate installation progress, ensure quality, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, change orders, and handover certificates.

About the role

About you
