• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in production supervision, preferably in steel fabrication, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or construction fit-out production.
• Working knowledge of steel fabrication and/or woodworking processes, tools, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for steel and woodwork used in modular fit-outs.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure targets and project deadlines are met.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance.
• Assign tasks and manage the workload of production staff, fabricators, and carpenters.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure materials and supplies are available for production.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Conduct site visits to check on installation requirements, resolve production-related issues, and coordinate with project teams.
• Prepare production reports, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Train and guide production staff on proper techniques, quality standards, and safety practices.

About you

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willing to work at the production shop and conduct occasional project site visits

• Proficient in basic MS Office applications for reporting
